Just stopping the shops from selling to under aged children is not enough. I have been out several times in the past few weeks with my dog and have heard bangers near by. There must have been an adult or parent of some type who allowed young children under age to get hold of them of even an over aged person letting them off. How many do you hear being punished in some way. Not enough as far as I am concerned an I am sure any owner who sees a cat in distress will agree. I do not want to be a kill joy but to see an animal in distress, when it can be avoided, really makes my blood boil. So come on everyone lets see more action to stop it.
